2020 Toyota C-HR Launched In The UK, Gets Limited-Run Orange Edition

Pricing for the facelifted CH-R starts at £25,625, while the Orange Edition is limited to 500 units.

Toyota has announced the official pricing and specification of the facelifted C-HR in the United Kingdom. The subcompact crossover is already on sale in four trim levels, including the new Dynamic Edition, and customer deliveries will commence next January.

For the entry-level C-HR Icon, equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, reversing camera, dual-zone climate control and the Safety Sense bundle, Toyota is asking £25,625 ($33,016/€29,735).

The Design starts at £28,005 ($36,083/€32,497) with the 1.8-liter hybrid and £29,645 ($38,196/€34,400) with the 2.0-liter hybrid powertrain, adding 18-inch wheels, rear privacy glass, heated and auto folding mirrors, smart entry, navigation system, heated front seats, auto-dimming rearview mirror, piano black trim and a few other features.

The C-HR Excel is also available with both powertrains, priced at £30,110 ($38,795/€34,940) and £31,750 ($40,908/€36,843), respectively. This version adds LED lights front and rear, puddle lights, leather upholstery, heated steering wheel, power adjustable driver’s seat, Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert with automatic braking. The Dynamic starts from £30,250 ($38,975/€35,102) and £31,890 ($41,088/€37,005) and brings metallic paint with a contrasting roof as standard.

Building on the Excel spec, the Orange Edition is finished in Scorched Orange, has a black roof and matte black 18-inch alloy wheels. It also comes with a JBL premium sound system and packs the 2.0-liter powertrain. Production is limited to 500 units and pricing starts at £32,585 ($41,984/€37,812).

The upgraded 1.8-liter unit puts out 122 PS (120 HP / 90 kW) and gets an upgraded lithium-ion battery, while the 2.0-liter hybrid is all new and makes 184 PS (181 HP / 135 kW). Models equipped with the latter also feature better soundproofing and an upgraded suspension for better ride comfort.
